五、申请条件及申请材料

（一）申请条件 (Application Requirement)：

身体健康,具有相当于中国高中毕业或以上学历，并持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民,年龄18-45岁（生于1978年1月1日至2005年12月31日）

high school graduate or above, healthy, foreign passport holders, birth date: Jan 1st, 1978-Dec 31st 2005)。

（二）申请材料 ( Application Materials)：

1.《四川文化产业职业学院外国留学生学习申请表》（表上须有本人近期照片）Study Application Form for International Students of Sichuan Vocational College of Cultural Industries with a recent photo；

2.《外国人体格检查记录》（表上须有本人近期照片） Physical Examination Record for Foreigners with a recent photo；

3.申请人的最后学历证书、成绩单及认证文件（原件和复印件）Original and photocopy of the applicant's final academic certificate, transcript and certification documents；

4.护照及所有签证页复印件 Passport and all visa pages copy；

5.本人近期2寸白底免冠照片（纸质照片10份和电子照片） Recent 2-inch bareheaded photo with white background (10 paper photos and an electronic photo)；

6.无犯罪记录证明 Proof of no criminal record.

7.存款证明（2万元）The bank certificate to prove your financial stability (at least 20,000.00RMB per year).

六、申请流程

（一）准备申请材料并发送至邮箱:

mechelle_0208@scvcci.edu.cn进行申请。Prepare your application files and send to Email mechelle_0208@scvcci.edu.cn

（二）学校审核申请材料，决定录取后，发送扫描件《录

取通知书》到学生登记邮箱。学生缴纳注册费后，学校向录取者寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）原件。

After the college reviews the application materials and decides the admission, a scanned copy of the Admission Letter will be sent to the student registration email. After the registration fees are paid, the college will send the Admission Letter and the Visa Application Form for International Students Studying in China (JW202 form) to the admitted applicants；

（三）持有《录取通知书》《外国人体格检查记录》和《外

国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）至中国驻外使（领）馆办理来华学习签证（X1签证）

Go to the Chinese embassy (consulate) abroad to apply for a study visa (X1 visa) with the Admission Letter, Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and Visa Application Form for International Students Studying in China (JW202 form)；

（四）在《录取通知书》中规定时间内到学校报到

Arrived at the college within the time specified in the Admission Letter.

3.住宿费 (Accommodation Fee)

4.住宿费按12个月计费，并据实际住宿月份收取。不超过半个月的按半个月收取，超过半个月不满1个月的按1个月收取。

Accommodation fees are billed on a 12-month basis and are charged based on the actual month of stay. If it does not exceed half a month, it will be charged as half a month; if it exceeds half a month but less than one month, it will be charged as one month.

注 (Notes)：

1.留学生统一入住学校留学生公寓，留学生住宿费每学年按12个月预收，按实际住宿时间结算；

International students shall live in the college's international student apartment. Accommodation fees for international students are collected in advance for 12 months each academic year and are settled based on the actual accommodation time;

2.伙食费、校内医疗费、教材费及教学计划之外的实验、实习、专业参观等费用，按实际成本计价收费。

Expenses for meals, on-campus medical fees, textbooks will be charged based on actual costs.

3.学生入校后，学校提供床上用品，约480RMB/套，学生可选择购买。

After students enter the school, the school provides bedding at a cost of approximately 480RMB per set, which students can choose to purchase.

4.留学生的各项收费标准以人民币为计算单位，学生缴费时缴纳人民币。

All fees for international students are calculated in RMB, and students must pay in RMB when paying.
